Eligibility for ReturnsProducts can be returned within 2 days of receiving your order
To be eligible for a return:•The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging•Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided
Returns are not accepted for:•Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery•Items installed or used in vehicles•Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)
Refund Policy•Refunds are only processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved•Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during purchase (Bkash/Nagad/Bank transfer)•Processing time: 5–7 working days after product inspection•Delivery charges are non-refundable
Replacement Policy•If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost•Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of receiving the item by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or Facebook page
